Beyond Borders

Providing essential healthcare to underserved communities along the Thai-Myanmar border.

"We believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental human right — regardless of nationality, ethnicity, or legal status."

Founded in 2020, the Border Health Development Foundation (BHDF) works along the Thai-Myanmar border to deliver essential healthcare services to migrant workers, refugees, and underserved communities who fall outside formal health systems.

Through mobile clinics, community outreach, health education, and advocacy, we bridge the gap between marginalized populations and the care they deserve. Our multilingual teams serve communities in their own languages, building trust and lasting health outcomes.

Our medical teams travel to remote border communities, bringing primary care, maternal health services, and essential medicines to those with no access to hospitals or clinics.

Community Outreach

Health Education

Workshops and training programs empower communities with knowledge about disease prevention, nutrition, maternal care, and sanitation — creating lasting change from within.
